As it is you open yourself up to discrimination lawsuits if you have a willy nilly policy (ie dont have one) ETA in my area the local housing/tenant orgs like to call and ask questions /set up tours and try to see how LLs respond to questions like this to see if the LL is following local laws.... - so i assume this happens in other area too...
