I am hosting a BP Meet-up in Osage Beach, Lake of the Ozark's MO in mid January, if it isn't to far come out and network with all sorts of professionals in the area.  

I'm converting my wife's  2 Bedroom 2.5 bath condo\Townhouse in Walled Lake Michigan to a short term rental and need a referral for a good and reliable cleaner and a handy man. 

Which is of course fraud, but their coaching fraud was verbal and your occupancy intent fraud was in writing & notarized, so guess which of the two cases of fraud (the allegation of verbal fraud on the part of the HML v the notarized written fraud on your part) a judge is likely to believe actually happened should it come to that.

Is that a lake in the backyard?

It's right next to Lake Michigan (I can see the lake from my room), the bus stop is right in front of my doorstep and the train is only a 7 minute walk.

Lots of cash flowing properties available up by Lake Ontario

The one positive aspect was they paid me fast, but after I had to do THEIR job repeatedly and exhaustively (I had to find and call SIX repair companies bc no one would touch a home warranty job apparently) bc I never heard from the ONE they “provided”, even after calling this alleged repair “company” myself after not hearing from them for over 24 hours!

The area is nice, clean, and near a lake.

My university is in the Salt Lake City Utah area.

My rent to own person has stayed past their 3-year lease option period and they are finally ready to purchase the manufactured home on land in Bonney Lake.
