I checked the box on the Florida Real estate contract that says "this contract is assignable."

I checked with the City and both the Planning and the Building departments said they don't require a Survey.

Did you already return their security deposit without checking for outstanding bills on the property?

Every month that alligator needs to be fed and you don't want to be the one cutting the check.

Like I said, I don't have experience with this kind of deal at all.  30% interest is sweet for an investor. 

Keep in mind that when you are renting your place, these websites don't always talk to each other so check to see if your property shows up in a particular website.
