I then read or listened to all of Robert Kiyosaki's books/CD's as well as purchased Cash Flow, joined my local investment club, went to meetings and was primed and ready back in 2003 but was too fearful to make a move.

Now, if it's a portfolio loan and you belly up to the bar honestly with the lender, they may let you buy if you catch up the payments and join on that note with her......they might, but going any other way, with slide by tactics, my thinking is walk away.

Find someone doing what you want to do and join their team in anyway you can, even if unpaid, the experience and connections you will gain will be INVALUABLE!
