Do you have/can you apply for cards offering zero intro interest?  

We visited place, checked out a few properties, came back, made an offer, negotiated and finally property is under contract! 

If something is on the MLS for more than 3 days and there are not 20 offers, it's not a deal.

I am mildly concerned with losing clients that the person would find (I am offer them a sizable cut of the Year 1 earnings of each client they bring on).

However, given our current state I'm preparing to set-up my own website and/or post on various channels that don't appear to offer the host insurance and I know asking the Guest for security deposit or to run background checks can be a deterrent for short stays.

I mean if I was approached with an offer like this I’d gladly lend someone the money and hope they didn’t pay.
