You need a licensed plumber to come out, and you will have to do all of the interior gas piping yourself with the plumber.

My area is big on square footage rather than the nicer interior so I focus on that to push up that ARV.

Do roughly $50-$100k in interior improvements and an exterior fence.Any feedback would be appreciated.

Gutted interior and reformatted floor plan to include true master with ensuite bath, new hall bath location, added interior laundry and dry bar plus new HVAC, new roof, new electrical panel and whole house rewire, new kitchen, flooring, paint, landscaping, etc.

Examples: repairing interior damage from a roof leak, water damage, changing a water heater in a living space, etc.

In my experience, the condition they keep the exterior is commiserate with how they keep the interior.
