I guess I'm saying that the answer to this question depends so much on the individual investor. 

I'm interested in real estate investment brokerage (day job), real estate investing (night/weekend job), family, friends, and Formula 1 auto racing.Though I'm only now a member, I've been familiar and lurking with BP for years.

I have a friend doing projects in Portland.

I have a trusted friend who is overseeing the rehabs that gives me confidence to invest out of state.  

I may have access to a private money lender, but the individual I have in mind may not be able to front the full portfolio.

Brian, I did have a pro membership on here but just downgraded because I wasn't seeing any value for the pro membership - I did see where you could post deals but they were all jumbled up with different locations and it just didn't seem to be all that user friendly.

Hi BP community,  I'm looking for a real estate agent in the Danbury, Connecticut area who is investor friendly and/or experienced in owning their own properties.
