Purchased multiple homes ( owner Occ only ) looking too jump into y first property , learn from mentors , info , books , videos etc. hoping too meet locals open too sharing info with motivated Neg.

We have a La Crosse REIA meeting tonight at 7pm in 3100 Centennial Hall on the UW-L campus.

also you could donate the homes to a local charity who then make sure the tenants still meet requirements and then you fill it in and get a tax write off.
