As a fellow Uptown investor, I'm pretty excited about what the future holds for the neighborhood, and can't imagine selling anytime soon.

When it comes to cutting the door in, DONT do it, hire that to someone who knows what they are doing, all the nasty grunt work done it will be a lot cheaper than you'd imagine when compared with the cost of an egress install usually. 

You can bill +$30 a month for "park sewage"But Well water is too much liability,  Imagine contaminated ground water is found and now +50 new lawsuits come your way.  

If she's the type of GF that wants to control you that much and tell you how to spend your $$, then you can only imagine what it will be life IF you actually get marriedShe can stay 100% out of it...both time and $$....and still be supportive and you can have a great relationship.

Imagine doing that for 40plus properties.My neighbor is there 2 weeks a year (from CA) so no-one to check on it & the second tank required all new plumbing & venting.

Hard to imagine it could cover all the expenses including management company?
