I would highly advised from borrowing from your uncles until you are much farther along in the process. 

I think Dave Ramsey(who I respect but don't worship, lol) would be highly disappointed in me for even thinking about doing this, SMH.

High yield savings, pay off debt, 401K, etc.?

We use a lot of caulk on damaged wood to help fill in gaps, etc - especially up high on the sides of houses.  

Aso was looking in areas such as texas, OH, I would love to stay in NY but not sure my income is high enough to get something suited for here.

I think first off what kind of money is involved here..  1 acre prime commercial worth 500k or 1 acre of high AZ desert worth 10k..

Most sellers/homeowners only know 1 way to buy & sell, you the investor should have multiple acquisition tools in your tool belt that fit your investment style.

Just trying to get started and feel, with the tools available, I may have found a good deal in my area.
