I didnt realize that Realtors referred buyers (who they knew couldnt afford it) to brokers that had appraisers & banks with these underwriter's (who checked for a pulse) and the loans were put into securities.

So I have some questions about that.As to the "option" - what % of future sales price do we reasonably request to grant this option?

Our city council is trying to register all landlords and have out of state landlords appoint a local agent who will take service from them for codes violations, grant access, fix any problems etc.The excuse they use for the proposed ordinance is they can't find the real owner, especially if they're out of state.

The only money they should be getting back ever is if you have a security deposit in that 4800 and that isn’t going to happen until the end of the lease.

Boosting tourism would help, but national security is a big thing with USA, maybe promoting in countries that are part of NATO etc, and pushing educational institutions, Disneyworld, whatever might bring in foreign money?
