We would only plan to manage our own properties.Would there be any tax advantages, or any other benefits, to starting our own property management company?

Does anyone have a Nevada lawyer contact that I could use to create the rental lease agreement and other documents?

He did not leave a will or living trust so  I’m of course trying to figure out who may have the rights to the home. 

I am looking to find a property in the area where I live as it is my first investment property and I want to be able to monitor as much of the process as possible.   

Can I sell it to my LLC?

Purchase price: $242,500 Cash invested: $49,000 This is an older house, built well on concrete block, that is next door to multi-million dollar houses on the water.

Financially, the numbers make sense, but I need to have a proper inspection since this is my first home (and I'm going unrepresented) and the house is built in 1915 with some renovations that were clearly done by the investor selling the property rather than a professional.Question: Although  previous owner has owned the property for 3 years and rented to tenants previously, should I be concerned that the legal zoning is only for SFH?

Let them know that they are going to have to start paying for things themselves.

I would ask the installer to come back and fix it.
