@Christopher Mirkovich if you file with your insurance they may go after his insurance but you can't be sure.

You also see evidence in that everyone knew/knows it would be short/medium term by looking at the training of the baristas-turned-loan-originators that now dominate the call center places, in many cases they weren't even taught how to read a purchase contract (ask your Realtor, they can attest to this :), the idea (implicitly) being that this batch of new LOs is just going to be fired once rates go up, they're just being hired for refis, no reason to teach them how to read a purchase contract or that deadlines matter.

Can anyone tell me if I will need to send separate Notice of Intent to File Foreclosure Actions or if I can list both parcels on the same Intent to File and, then, if not redeemed, Foreclosure Action? 

By amazing I mean very communicative, easy to work with, met deadlines, and stayed true to their loan terms.

Different tax laws in Canada, only the amount depreciated is recaptured.I had a CPA file for me in 2019 when I had Canada and USA income but I wasn't a property owner in the USA until 2020.

My question is, if this borrower abandons the property and files bankruptcy, would I be responsible for the property taxes?

I'm looking to clear out my file cabinets and organize my tenant information.
