It is my favorite part of real estate investing, and I truly have a passion for it.

I own Multi family, duplexes and single family, also just went threw Mobile Home Park boot camp and Self Storage is my favorite as of right now.

@Hieu Luu , start reading the back post in the Landlord forums, and perhaps bookmark some of your favorites.

They're slow, expensive and provide work (my favorite), etc., etc, etc.As for how do you handle stress.

If they claim their favorite hobby is staying home playing flight simulator in the take off mode but not landing mode, run.

You will also benefit from my favorite part of SFHs, the fact that the tenants pay all the utilities.  

I don't know where your other builds the eastside is my favorite area of charleston.. and you can't forget the west side.
