In my opinion, it is Lifestyles Unlimited that is getting the black eye from this.  

This is assuming you bring added value and enhance the management of the property.

That should mean at least not having to be blocked from evicting bad tenants.Specifically with house hacking the two biggest challenges tend to be finding one (as they are highly in demand these days as a lifestyle fad), and the second challenge being funding one when you find it. 

I also believe what is described, no matter how you alter the description, or even by adding a lock off, doesn't meet that definition.I doubt this would be covered under an owner's title policy unless it's an enhanced policy or if there was a notice of violation recorded in the public records but it never hurst to file a claim with the title insurer. 

I hope you didn't mind driving 45 minutes both ways for absolutely nothing.Both being an agent, and being in the military, are just as much lifestyle choices as they are jobs.

I mean just ask yourself....are you happy with the lifestyle you live with the amount you make right now?
