Hey everyone,I wanted to see what everyone thought the most difficult part of an eviction was for them.

Had a thought of a way for creative financing and looking for some feed back.

It's starting to be very competitive out here it's getting harder than I thought it.

I've been on BP for a month or so now and I've learned a ton, so I thought I'd thank you all and formally introduce myself.

As I explained in my earlier comment the LLC in question is considered to be a "Disqualified Person" since it is owned by the account owner therefore it can not engage in any transaction with the retirement plan. 

What are your thoughts?

I went with the seller's title company as I thought that it would accelerate thing but it looks that I was wrong.

I just saw this article on Yahoo regarding where rents are rising the fastest and thought I'd share:http://finance.yahoo.com/news/cities-where-rent-ri...I agree with the article that it isn't really a great measurement of what is really happening in an area because it is a small sampling, but might help answer some of the questions posted here along the lines of, "What city is best to invest in?" 

Ive been reading and learning for months about multi family and buy and hold, and never thought my first deal might be a driving for dollars tax deed, so I am trying to educate myself a little more on the subject. 

I thought I would post this and see if I could find a partner or two to start my career in real estate investing.Basically, I want to be the money partner for the first few transactions to an experienced investor so that I can learn as much as I can about the business.
