Zillow does a good job of marketing the property, messaging prospective tenants, screening applicants, accepting applications, e-signing the lease, and accepting payments. 

But, I find it a little shady that they boast "their" SEO features as a reason to pay for their platform when they simply rebranded a free plugin and slapped "Carrot SEO" at the top. 

(Banks that won't work include: Tower federal, arlington community federal credit union, and department of commerce federal credit union.)Any ideas or recommendations that you have would be much appreciated!

I am very thankful to have came across this kind of platform that allows all investors new and old to become more knowledgeable about real estate.
