But if you work another full-time job and don't have the time to dedicate to it, it can be difficult if not impossible. 

And it is cloud based so you don't need a new dedicated phone for using it...

In my mind there are two components of the trust issue:1) Will the wholesaler dedicate his full attention and efforts to leads?

A dedicated spot per unit is definitely a nice feature for tenants with a vehicle, as most people have to drive to a job.

The only way to truly track the response of a mail piece is to have a dedicated phone number for each piece.

This is a great example of how dedication and persistence can pay off in the Lon run.
