Life is too short to deal with this crap.

If they give you I will have it in 3 to 4 weeks and all of that crap then the money isn't coming.So you put a little bit of energy into it but nothing major.

I'd contact a mold eradication company in FL and talk about possible max cost to eradicate, and if they guarantee the work, etc. 

It also prevented me from my renovating and selling the house which was held hostage to tenants' crap. 

This is the kind of useless crap they concern themselves with.

I can't imagine it's cheaper to pull all this crap out of the water at treatment than just to landfill it to begin with.

Jane Doe brought bedbugs into the building so around July 2014 the owner had to pay $1,400 to eradicate the problem.The tenant paid rent of $650 until September 2014 then in October 2014 only paid $600.

Stay out of Starbucks and don't buy into the "I deserve it so I'll buy it" advertising crap.

I have a marginal tenant in a class c property who has just informed me that his single family detached house is infested with bedbugs, and it is going to take thousands of $$$ to get them eradicated.
