It is a period of time where the property owner is allowed to contest the sale in court in case there was an erroneous sale or the taxes were paid at the last minute and the sale was scheduled and held. 

Especially if you have evictions and need to go to court.

Court will give an easement if a property is landlocked.And yes, if right of way had been in use for a certain time (set by your state), it will be permanently fixed in court.It would help if you add a plan drawing on the property because on the photo it is not very clear.Note: All the above is based on my knowledge from Texas real estate license course.

I think that most of the books are more guidelines and advice than actual functional knowledge. 

I would check the housing court laws in your state via online and in person.

But that could also just be kept in the LLC's Record Book because it isn't really needed except if you get sued and you're trying to show the court that the LLC is separate from you personally. 

Using the Asset Manager search function, I can pull around 800 names, emails and contact info for the top 12 states that I buy notes in.

My question is typically how long does it take for this to be brought before the court and a judge.
