Lean how to market for LO sellers that you then do the RTO deal scenario with.

Hi @Shronda Sledge, it's very convenient (for this reason) that we live in the virtual world now. 

I'm sure it totally depends on the circumstances of the deal, but I just wondered if you lean one way or the other.

It sounds like it's the Cooperative Lease Option as opposed to the Sandwich Lease Option route I am leaning more towards.Anyone who can further contribute to the discussion is welcome and appreciated.Cheers,Teddy R

If your hands are not very steady, try to get a tripod or just lean/rest it on some surface.

Lean more toward recent opposed to aged books and articles as regs are updated often.

I know this is an old thread but I was tempted by an e-Trade loan for similar reasons and am leaning against.

I'm hoping to be able to lean on the advice of this group, or some mentors to make sure I'm not hanging myself the first time around.As far as finding a deal goes ..I keep hearing there are tons of them .. so I'm hoping it won't be too difficult.

They conveniently forget what a smart businessmen they were by saving $50-75 when they have a total loss... but market has picked up and they can no longer find properties at the same price point.
