In some cases the only difference was the color and font on the information, otherwise they were identical.

So I'm now trying to decide whether I should break up the dark color with some light berber carpet (maybe an off-white salt and pepper) vs. just continuing on with the dark LVP.

For color, I don’t know how Ohio ranks and it seems Cincinnati is continuing to lean towards tenant biased protections, but I have never once had to evict anyone (posted notice once) and never been to court.

The first I know is on the six o'clock news in full color, so I go down to check it out.
