I live in Lexington and we are using a real estate focused CPA firm out of Texas (Mike Pine & Co.).

I was confused until I was finally able to take a trip back to CO to walk the property and see light fixtures not cut in right, and trim unfinished, etc. 

Don't co-mingle your funds or it could lead to a piercing of the corporate veil.

I am currently in Colorado, but houses here seem even higher than other areas I have considered.Some cities I have considered:- boise- spokane- golden, colorado- lakewood, coloradoWhat cities should I be considering? 

That's my stomping grounds my Dad had a real estate company in Lake co just north of Napa ( you probably familiar) started in the mid 60s so we have been going through Napa valley up Silverado trail all these years.. 

PLEASE hire a PM co, do not try and go it alone, its not worth the headache.
