Does anyone have any referrals as to insured companies that can rehab the property as well as keep it secure while rehabbing?

Working at a title company or real estate attorney's office might be an answer.

Always interested in learning more and connecting with good companies and savy individuals with similar interests. 

Also want to confirm that they are a direct lender  If the poster is trying to get a loan is in the DSCR arena, licensing is not a requirement (and could be a detriment) and being a direct lender would restrict them to just the loan products their company has access to.
