How successful have you all been using the driving for dollars method?

I love Airbnb, but we are looking to invest in future properties in a less continuously labor intensive way. 3 properties are easy enough for me to clean myself but beyond that, we would need to hire cleaners more regularly and eat into our profit. 

Even to the building amenities such as door person, dry cleaning, gym, pool etc. #3.

I hire PM manage the SFH, but I always need to clean the yard after the previous tenant moves out.

Then, I would follow the debt snowball paydown method of paying off each property starting with the duplex with the highest interest rate by applying cash flow from all savings towards that duplex until it is paid off.

I'm interested primarily in creative real estate methods to start (low/no money down, partnerships, subject-to, etc.), as I do not have much available capital. 

Thomas, I get your goal of wanting to be creative to increase your equity, however, all the responses point to your method as being potentially problematic.

Where we’re having difficulties is in getting in touch with these owners and we are looking for suggestions as to the most cost-effective method of tracking down phone numbers for these absentee owners?
