I would really enjoy possibly getting together with some Investors from the Worcester/ Central MA area to chat with and hopefully find some experienced people who are willing to share their knowledge. 

I was wondering if anybody would interested in joining a Bigger Pockets meetup group here in the Central Valley -  Specifically Fresno - I am surprised to see that there are very so few Bigger Pockets meetup groups around the country and would really like to start one locally up so we can get some like minded thinkers under the same roof at the same time.  

Zoning, and financing.Zoning is what the town/city/county/municipality will ALLOW to occupy that space.Financing is as stated above by @Anthony Gayden and you will need to get a commercial loan.In either case - the MLS is NOT the authority on the subject.

Check with the local county to verify which is authorized, Commercial or Multi Family.
