Try to get the owners contact info and start with a letter or a call.

Stay away from credit repair companies because they suck you dry and pretty much do nothing for 3-6 months until they send out the same letters you can send out to the creditors and bureaus.

Not sure this is the correct category - but i received a letter from a “Consumer Law Attorney” letting me know that “according to court records a foreclosure had officially been filed against you (me)” and that they were sending me a letter to help me.However i’ve never received such letter from any court and never even been late on any payments.
