It's easy to get carried away when you find a beautiful building that you think is a good deal, but if you tie yourself up too soon on a "good" deal, then you can't pounce when you run across a "great" deal.

With the TransUnion product and similar background checks the applicant will go online and verify their identify and enter their social security number to "release" their credit information to the landlord or property manager and this is a soft inquiry.  

My background is professional sales and marketing, and I grew up in the home improvement/construction industry.

My background is also in health and safety (I was an EHS manager for a transmission factory).  

If one or both do not pass the background check give them a time limit to move.
