They can't wait for ski season,  to buy a boat for the lakes and rivers and to mountain bike. 

I take it in your neck of the woods there is not a lot of mountain pass's to go over.. 

if you haven't been here before already, I do feel like US is a great place with many different options for scenery to choose, whether its an open field, beach view, mountain view or a city life. 

Like a 100-car train smashing into the side of a mountain, the economy has tanked in such a severe way that a lot of these jobs that were lost will not come back online for several years to come.

But if you can actually get sisyphys's rock up to the top of this mountain and get everyone to use a new term I'd go along too.  

No mountains or ocean, but a good place to get ahead, build wealth, and raise a family.  

However, I am passionate about climbing mountains/snowboarding/mountain biking among other things and because of real estate I'm able to do these things on my schedule.

Environmental diversity is outstanding, ocean, mountains, desert all are in the county. 

It will move mountains much more effectively than a shovel.
