I went to a house once needing management and found a beautifully decorated home owned by out of state investors who bought it based on the photos only.

Just remember you are also dealing with CFPB and consumer protection laws so in some states you just don’t “throw someone out” it could take you years to foreclose and tens of thousands in legal costs.Then that’s just to foreclose, you still have to evict after that…
