Then, you will be looking to get new tenants but maybe all applicants are having trouble keeping good jobs so you are forced to drop your asking rent to get it rented to a good applicant who makes enough money.  

Zillow appears to think it is dominant enough that it will be able to force all brokers to provide listing information.

If after the 30 days they want the stuff back, I would tell them to pay their owed balance or I would be forced to sell their stuff as agreed in our lease.

If so, then I'd consider looking for another primary residence, something that is a great deal that you can force some appreciation via sweat equity, and move into it while converting your current home into a rental.

If the market and economy make a temporary swing in a bad direction are you going to be forced to sell at the bottom?

Not unless they were forced to somehow - and even then they'd probably attempt to charge some significant 1-2 month lease cancellation fee (whatever you agreed to in the contract). 

Not trying to force anything but rather point you in the right direction to save you a lot of headache and money to accelerate you on your wealth generating path to success.

I'm a "Marine brat" from years ago...both my Dad (served almost 30 years), My Mom (served a couple until having babies), and my oldest brother (served his 4 then became a police officer until retiring with the force).

I know notes from the litigation side (how bad foreclosure lawyers can be), but still getting my arms around all the small details.
