Hello Everyone,Currently working with a spacious two family property in Clifton NJ and I'm considering converting the attic into a Studio/1 bedroom apt to add more cash flow.

The carpets in 3 of the 4 bedrooms were cut out and taken, with the 4th still in the BR rolled up, ready to remove.

I keep the downstairs master bath and bedroom and rent the two upstairs bedrooms/bathroom.
