I am struggling to find a CRM that combines my Real estate as an agent part of the business and my acquisition as an investor going after properties.

We are looking into strategies to further streamline the process and allow us to regain more of our time.

And I realize this is not a new topic... but sometimes hearing it a different way helps.My advise to those planning on having more than one business venture in real estate is to set up a separate LLC from everything else just for rentals. 

Maybe work in the RE business somehow; lending, assistant to an agent, the trades or start your own business like lawncare or landscaping to generate money.

This business is not for everyone.
