I don't have the time to allocate to a project like that right now, but I'll definitely keep that one on the shelf for future use.One of the main strengths of their program seems to be that there is a natural follow up program because you go to class every week.

So here is my dillema...I am in to these properties pretty deep due to the condition Obviously marketing to Investors/Business owners that own Sober Housing units and stuff of that nature really limits my buyer base.
