This will help you achieve a couple things.

This is very difficult to achieve with properties that are listed on the market as Tim mentioned because of the high closing costs here for real estate agent fees, etc.My first experience moving here was that I was able to live in a great downtown location that I wouldn’t be able to afford with my normal salary back in the states.

I'm in nonprofit management, so you can imagine why I MUST acquire other forms of income to achieve financial independence. 

The renovations moved slower than I thought, I think in large part because it was first attempt and the learning curve is steep but very achievable.

Right now I'm feeling discouraged, wandering what I'm doing wrong, and how do I achieve the greatness and lifestyle that my family deserves. 

I think it's achievable given the right gameplan!

There are definitely areas that you can achieve the 70% rule, especially on foreclosure auctions. 

That's harder to achieve now, but still quite possible in the area.
