Yes i have had to explain to them (simplysafe) and the police who i am on occasion when i forget to turn it off. lol.

However you are right, it was no where near as bad as bullets going into walls but I have had my fair share of break ins and police disturbances.

They are renting for about 2800/m for a 3bed/1 1/2 bath.I'm trying to swing in around 2100/m and am trying to put some polish on the place to get it up there.Right now I think the product I have can rent around 1800/m and sell quickly.

I'd recommend typing the address into a crime mapping agency (there are several free ones online) and seeing what the police reports are in that area as well as the frequency.

Does anyone have experienced then can share trying to rent out units next to fire stations, police stations, and hospitals where you might be getting loud noises at all hours.
