I'm having foam sprayed into a section of a rehab this morning.

Stuff I initially learned here from guys like JScott, Will Barnard, local mentors, articles, books, and many more here.At the end of the presentation, I told them what I was looking to raise.They looked at each other, smiled, and said "I don't have a problem with that".This morning, I got a phone call from the man I met in the gym 4-5 years ago, of all places, telling me that they're on board and that I can contact my attorney to set up my LLC and draft the paperwork.Needless to say this has been a life changing event.I'm writing this to show everyone, particularly (us) noobies that occurrences like these are possible.

Also, just came back from a 5 week trip to Brazil - found a great beach AirBnB property near Salvador, Bahia that we're looking to make an offer on.

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

So this morning I put in an offer at 90k and the seller said he would counter.

After a long morning of selling $25,000 mentoring programs, dodging emails and phone calls from current mentees and scanning the business news for stories to add to my resume, I'm always faced with the difficult choice of which exotic cars and bikini models to use in the next marketing pamphlet.

The bank calls this morning (the 7th) and asks about the deposit with just my name on it.

As @Matt Kauffman moves closer to his sale he'll want to read up and ask a lot of questions so the specific reinvestment and timing requirements for the 1031 don't trip him up.
