After watching footage about the "wet markets" in Asia where these viruses originate, it's very sad to see the animals who are taken out of their natural environments caged up in these markets for profit.

The quality of  tenant you attract depends a lot on the desirability of your location, square footage, etc.

They knock down the small houses completely, then build new houses close to the max square footage.

There’s still potential to add some value to a smaller property by doing some cosmetic upgrades, kitchen or bathroom remodels etc & have a lower renovation budget for less square footage.

Try and find a property where the unit that you will be moving into has a larger sq footage than the condo you are moving out from.
