Christ Central Ministries is building a college campus in Wagener.

Both units (3 room 2 bath each) are currently being rented for $850/month and the tenants pay the utilities.It's in a decent neighborhood (very low crime) and is about a five minute drive from a division II college.

Check my prior posts, I'm totally biased to my area but if I were fresh out of college and landed a W2 job I'd get a mortgage and live in rehab in mills mill/Dunean/Greater Sullivan.

It might slow a little more due to immigration policy change but the attraction is drawing both domestic and international immigration.

We didn't have any leg up and only graduated college with some student debt.  

And the FHA 203k loan will fix it all up and things will be peachy keen.Get it renovated and rent the second unit for $1800/month via services such as free internet and the location not to mention it is a 2 bedroom.After a year move back with my parents and rent the first unit for $1800-$2000 since it will have the yard.Make a nice ROI and look for more investment properties while possibly enjoying life since I don't really buy much and the only primary debt I have is college loans.

I believe that most of the Broker Training companies have gotten away from training due to increased scrutiny since 2007 and that most training is done through colleges and universities.
