We have a heavy transient population with a large industrial employer in town.

Hi I am a newbie to investing but not the real estate industry.  

I've worked with investor and hard money lenders in my time in the industry so far. 

Crowdfunding makes real estate easily accessible, however, in regard to institutional/syndicated real estate investments, the advice of an expert who works in the industry every day, knows all the players and their track records, and performs due diligence on each offering is a great benefit to the client and comes at no extra cost. 

It is that easy to gain more knowledge and be more skilled when it comes to the real estate industry.

My RE Goals:After going from Riches to Rags, I am hoping this industry will bounce me back to higher levels than before!

I will put in 110% effort and drive and go above and beyond what I have to do to be successful in this industry.

As you're filling your head with all this information, attend some local REIA meet-ups and get to know some people in the industry. 

Speak to a few as the pricing and quality of service vary greatly in this industry.

I currently work as an auditor of private and public investment companies, which sparked my interest in the real estate industry.
