In about 2 weeks, ill be a freshman at FAMU university majoring in accounting, my question to all seasoned investors is, as a college student with very little expendable income, how would you get started in investing?

Last October the man took ill and left unexpectedly (they owned 1.5 month rent).

That way you’re covered if one of you stops working (illness/injury/choice).

But if i find something worth while ill PM you for sure..

Just not sure if ill hurt my ROI by staying in a unit that I will potentially barely stay in.

I feel so ill equipped for tomorrow but it is a learning experience at the very least so I am not going to consider it a loss of time if it doesn't end up a good deal.
