However, not all cabinets are constructed equally (obviously), and these meet the basics (in my opinion) of a quality cabinet:1) The boxes are plywood, NOT particle board.2) The door rails and stiles, the drawer faces, and the fillers are solid wood (birch, maple, there may be other options), NOT veneer.3) The rails and stiles are mortised, NOT mitered and stapled.

There are some nuances involved due to the unique situation, I'd reach out to @Melvin List in Florida, and this is juuuust nuanced enough that I'm going to suggest avoiding a call center big box lender at all costs, they don't do "nuanced" (at least not well).
