@Alex Price - grew up in Tiffin - NW Ohio - joined the AF and when I separated I went to work in Springfield OH for a convenience store chain you are probably familiar with in Ohio - big company.  

We frequently discuss the possibility of buying a small multi family close to the family for the convenience of keeping one unit for ourselves to stay in while we visit the family.

My experience has also been that their vendors can be based on how convenient it is for them, and not necessarily based on best value.  

It is really the city's renters that are seeing skyrocketing rents and the politicians looking for a convenient scapegoat.

They come where ever is convenient for their clients and I believe they will do double closings although I myself have never done one with them.  

or would you just accept the lost rent as a cost of doing business in exchange for the convenience of leasing the property on your schedule?

I just told the title company to email me to let me know when everything was closed/recorded, but didn't have to actually do anything except pickup the keys whenever it was convenient for me.)

Just remember that the use of PayPal is a convenient means for guests with limited funds to bypass the newly added and unneeded service fees of the booking sites.
