We (my mother and I) have purchased two small warehouse condos in Fargo.  

Although rules vary store by store, the Home Depot, I frequent limits use of their truck to people who purchase items in store.  

There is and have been several construction projects to convert old warehouses to apartments which has been a nice addition to the market, but the demand for places to rent downtown and the surrounding one mile radius is strong.  

It was remodeled from a small store to residential units.  

I mean honestly, I would buy a pre-made pack of vocab/concept cards from y'all just how say the company powerscore makes lsat study cards; could yall eventually create something like this and add it in the BP store?

So I searched from soap making , to mobile truck retail stores, to photography.

Even if you don't have that you can look at other things rather than hard money.Since the only big ticket thing you mentioned was appliances get a Home Depot or Lowe's or Sears card (AFTER closing your loan if you don't have them already) and buy the appliances at one of those stores.  

The $295 was never brought up to me by my agent until I read it on the prepared sales contract offer…Below is an excerpt from her email response to my asking about said fee:"As for the 295 transaction fee all the broker offices expect it on both side of the transaction in fact it used to be calla transaction fee and the respa rules changed it to a commission owed to the broker house for filing and storing closing papers for 5 years in case you need the file later on.

Sometimes you can go to a place like FedexOffice or UPS Store and use their address without having it be a PO box.
