Taking that first step was absolutely key in what ended up being a full time REI career for me.

In 2016, I turned my back on my corporate career in marketing after decades of consulting with mega clients like The Coca-Cola Company and Cox Communications and structuring deals with the likes of Live Nation, will.i.am, General Mills, and more.

I have a very busy schedule and make a good living, so I don't intend on changing careers anytime soon, but could see myself cut down my hours significantly down the road if I find good success with real estate investing.

You've got to pay up for God's shortcomings.For me I cant believe anyone would think they are not responsible .. having worked in the woods a good portion of my career here in Oregon CA and southern WA.. hornets/yellowjacks  are lethal..

Don't think at this point in my investing career I'd trust anyone outside myself (I own 2 units) even through there are plenty others with more experience than myself. 

My resume for my career is pretty top notch so my worries for being unemployed is pretty low, even in the event of a recession.

I am in the beginning stages of my REI career and am looking to find off-market deals.
