Times and technology have changed.

We believe that Real Estate Crowdfunding is a "game changer" because it allows a company to use the internet to communicate the benefits of specific investment opportunities to a wider audience and use the technology to bring efficiency and transparency to the investment process, especially the legal documents and financial transaction.

I'm so afraid that they are incorrect, or just plain lies.

Not saying they are lying, they maybe correct, but keep in mind where their motivation is.

My passion also lies in project managing rehabs/flips. 

Interested in getting my feet wet with subject to, which is where my interest lies currently, however, I am needing to know a list of the different docs that I will need for the NC area or any links that will get me to the information.

I'm not going to lie, I started to become discouraged about the lack of responses from Investors in Wisconsin when trying to build my buyers list but noticed everyone wants to talk when you have a good deal! 

But there lies the problem....am I pushing it?

Kathy, I jave been told about social workers who have lied to landlords about the checks being "guaranteed".
