I think retail will die out, and office space's decline will be expedited as a result of COVID and employers realizing that they can still have a productive workforce with remote workers.

I realized I don’t know ANYTHING about the construction/contractor side of this.

It had probably been 7 or 8 years since I used it, and I didn't realize how much better it had gotten.

(I realize this may feel redundant.)

Plus I think one more price drop and investors would have realized how much of a good deal the property was because the listing was done very poorly.

Some of us also realize that just because we got April and May rent, doesn't mean we will June-December. 

After many issues like this I realized that these tenants always had an excuse and dealing with them was impossible, so although they are paying rent on time, you cannot evict them.

I want to learn as much as I can and realize you learn the most by doing.

Especially if you're not doing it full time with access to the great deals first, the know-how to realize when you see a good deal, the ability to move very quickly and the crews to pull it off, it's going to be tough to get a home-run.
