@Matthew Grebeta it sounds like the debt is causing stress in your life and the main goal is to get rid of it or at least that’s what it sounds likeIf that’s true, then either find a way to pay off the debt or just sell the house and go to the RV if that’ll make you happy.

I would stress that many times sellers are slipshod about maintaining good documentation that claims are properly recorded and docks, for example, are fully permitted.
