I know of no other cash rent payment system that works for various pay stores.  

It is like buying a business a store, restaurant.

I believe I can fill it with cars to store over the winter season which should cover the note, insurance, taxes, etc.

At one of the big box stores you can get carpet that is less then a $1 a square foot, and installed for less then $100, sometimes install is free!
