I have a property in Jacksonville, NC that suppose to close this week.

The house has been on the market for two weeks.

I’ve been looking on a few websites and saw a few homes that were auctioned within the last few weeks, how can I find out if these properties were successfully sold or not.

Update: it only took six weeks, but appears we are now roach free.

Hello Everyone,I Just wanted to get some advise on a recent move that I did to see if it was a good move or not, and if it was not a good move, can you give please some advise for the future.In June, I bought my first property as my primary residence in Beverly MA, a few weeks after I bought my unit, I got a job opportunity to as a tennis coach, close to the area and in the job they included free housing. so I don't have to pay anything for rent, so I decided to rent my unit, but I am renting it in $1800 a month, but all my expenses are $1910, so that means that I am $110 Negative cash flow a month.

The owner just repeatedly paid the (steep) fine and returned to business as usual few weeks later.

My grandparents have had a few businesses and business investments in their time which have come and gone and they still say "real estate has always been good to us".I've been listening to the two BP podcasts and watching some videos on the YT channel which is what drove me to making an account and getting on the forums.I plan on getting and reading both of those books in the coming weeks/months.

Is there a general ratio to help determine the size of dumpster needed and how many pick ups required a week?

We spend 4-5 hours a week managing the building (much more with turnovers). 

We went from 40 current and future vacancies to 5 future (Sept 1) vacancies during 6 weeks of my aggressive leasing (I left to start grad school in mid July).
